Returns and Exchanges

Will I have to pay for shipping the product back to you?

We offer FREE Return Shipping.

How do I return the product to Asimi Jewels within 30days?

Contact our customer delight team at +91 8710011010 or mail us at info@asimijewels.com.

As soon as we receive your request we will notify our courier partner who will collect the product from you. The product should be packed in original packaging along with certificates.

You will not be charged anything for this return shipping. Once your returned item is received by Asimi Jewels, your refund or new item will be processed.

What is your Exchange Policy?

We offer a Lifetime Exchange on all products purchased from Asimi Jewels.

Note: We value the products at 70% of the bill amount for Exchanges made after the 30 Day of the delivery date.

What is JewelCare?

JewelCare is a service base product from Asimi Jewels for Repairs and Re-Polishing of the product purchased from Asimi Jewels, which covers 2 Repairs and 3 Re-Polishing of the product you purchase the service for and its validity is of 12months from the date of delivery.

When can you buy the services of Jewel Care?

You can only buy the services of JewelCare while purchasing the product.

What is the validity of the services?

This prepaid service is valid for 12 Months from the date of delivery.

What products are covered under this service?

Any product that you buy from Asimi Jewels and opt in for JewelCare at Check Out.

Do i have to pay for the shipping charges of product?

We cover the shipping charges to and from for 2 repairs and 3 re-polishing which lies under JewelCare.

Delivery

What are the shipping charges for any product on your website?

We provide free shipping all over India on any product from our website.(Minimum order value to opt-in free delivey is Rs. 2000/-)

What is the estimated delivery time?

Our delivery date depends on the product that you select as well as the shipping address you provide. We usually deliver the products between 7-15 working days.

Please note that the business days mentioned do not include Sundays and festive holidays.

How will the delivery be done?

We process the national delivery only through reputed insured couriers. Please check if we deliver to your pin code. If there is no courier service available in your area, we do apologize for the inconvenience caused.

How safe is my product?

Your jewelry is fully insured until it reaches your doorstep.

Does Asimi Jewels deliver internationally?

For now, we deliver only in India.

Can I change my shipping address after I have placed an order?

Until your order is ready to be shipped, you can change the shipping address. Please contact our Customer Care team for assistance.

Can I order a ring in a size that isn't offered on the site?

Yes, we accept orders for custom sizes. Please be informed that custom size orders cannot be exchanged, returned or replaced in 30 Day Money Back Policy.

What will my packing be like?

We gift wrap each and every product shipment from us for free as we believe self gifts are the best one.

Is my jewelry authentic and certified?

Yes, we provide third party certificates of quality and purity of our products.

I lost my jewelry certificate, can I get a duplicate?

Yes, we can arrange a duplicate for you. For that, you will have to pay extra charges. It will come with duplicate written across the certificate as a watermark.

Can I re-size my Ring?

Yes, you can resize your ring size. If it is a bigger ring you require, we will only charge you the additional price of the new ring, as listed on our website. For a smaller ring, we will be happy to refund you the additional amount paid by you while placing the initial order. This is applicable to re-sizing requests received within 30 days of shipping date.
